I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine and am FDN certified through Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. Currently, I am working towards my Certified Nutrition Specialist certification, further solidifying my dedication to your health.
My Story
Food is the centerpiece of life’s moments, from family dinners to festive gatherings, underscoring its central role in our lives. As a mother of two, I have firsthand experience of how nutrition influences energy levels in young athletes and the long-term health implications of our dietary choices.
My journey into nutrition deepened as I navigated food sensitivities with my daughter from a young age. This experience taught me that nutritional needs are highly individual—a realization that fueled my passion to learn more and led me to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine. My education and personal experiences have equipped me with the knowledge and empathy needed to guide others on their health journeys.
As I now have the privilege of help my parents navigate life in their 80’s, moving into their 90’s, I am continually reminded of the critical role nutrition plays in cognitive function and physical health. Whether it’s improving memory or managing arthritis, the right nutrition can indeed "grease the wheels" of health.
In my practice, I emphasize a functional medicine approach, focusing on the root causes of symptoms to craft personalized lifestyle and dietary plans. These tailored strategies are designed to enhance vitality and promote longevity, helping my clients enjoy their "better years" to the fullest.
